3 Home visits with RN and environmental inspector. Many supplies given, hypoallergenic mattress covers, duster brushes, clean air machine, Hepa filter vacuum cleaner and lots of educational information in the form of booklets, DVDs, and coloring books. Referral to Pediatric Pulmonologist free clinic, if no insurance.

 

EPA Grant and City of Stamford funded program. Public Health Nurses in the schools refer asthmatics who could benefit from our program. The nurse calls and sets up an appointment.

We do outreach at community health fairs, boys and girls clubs and MD offices have our flyers.
