Regional Pediatric Asthma Consortium

The goal of the Pediatric Asthma Consortium is to integrate the diverse systems and services to improve pediatric asthma in Western New York. We convene various community stakeholders to develop a comprehensive systematic approach to improve population-based asthma care and outcomes in the Western New York Community through partnerships that involve integrating program activities, services and resources, as well as aligning improvement goals and related measures. We are testing Interventions for addressing gaps in care and improving outcomes for a targeted high-risk population and develop/implement strategies to spread interventions throughout the community.
