Article on Asthma Care Coverage in State Medicaid Programs

The American Lung Association is pleased to share a newly published article in the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention journal Preventing Chronic Disease titled, “Medicaid Coverage of Guidelines-Based Asthma Care Across 50 States, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico, 2016-2017.” The article is coauthored by American Lung Association and CDC staff and is the first-of-its-kind analysis of asthma care coverage in state Medicaid programs.
