The Arizona Asthma Coalition is a statewide partnership, which advocates for better access to healthcare and improved air quality for all. The partnership includes state and local health departments, state and local environmental departments, universities, health plans, pharmaceutical companies, physicians, nurses, school nurses, respiratory therapists, asthma educators and parents.
The Coalition has developed and published guidelines and tools to assist healthcare providers better manage and care for their patients with asthma. The Coalition's website, www.azasthma.org, has the most current information and resources for providers and patients.
