Tribal Health works on prevention and education in the Tribal population to decrease asthma issues and assist in the prevention of asthma attacks.
Our mission is to improve the quality of life for people with asthma living in the Tri-County area through information and education.
Our vision: Through a community effort of information and education, people in Bay, Midland, and Saginaw Counties will become aware of asthma and its affect on the population ad the quality of life of those suffering from asthma will be improved.
A primary goal is to reduce the hospitalization rate significantly by providing asthma training within the community including hospitals, schools, primary care physicians, and the general public.
