ASTHMA 101 will teach you and your family basics about asthma, respiratory anatomy, peak flow meters, triggers, medications, management and more! This class is recommended for adults with asthma and for parents of asthmatic children. This is a FREE class, and dinner is included! Asthma 101 consists of a power point presentation and an informal question/answer/discussion forum facilitated by Certified Asthma Educators and Registered Respiratory Therapists.
