Were medication and outpatient utilization and costs included as well?

Are the rates drawn from Medicaid's rates, or from claims' data or from charges?

Any data gathered on health-related quality of life for the kids or caregivers?

No-

The ROI data I presented just included ER, hospitalization data.

We do have additional data.  We have been able to get medication data recently from our state which demonstrated increase in medication costs for clients with decreased ER.

Rates cam from Center for Financing, Access and cost trends, Agency for Healthcare Reasearch and Quality: Medical Expendituare Panel Survey

We don't have data on outpatient claims.

We did ask quality of life questions as well, pre and post, but have not added that information for this presentation.
