What is the best way to get actual cost data, for example inpatient cost, medication costs, etc? Is there a national standard set of data available that can be used to calculate ROI? Otherwise, that data is hard to obtain in an individual setting.

I am not sure how the questions are being answered. First time user for me in this format.

The best source of cost is "paid cliams". This is what the insurer/payer actual pays for the drug or service. Hospitals usually are not a very good source for cost. Hospitals charge for services but the cost differs by both insurer and specific ccontract. Medicaid and other insurers are good partners when you have the capability to address their cost drivers. Hope that helps.
