For Dr. Tyra: how did patient families engage in virtual home visits? Did they use their phones? We find that some of our families don't have internet or access to data plans.

Yes they used their phones. We did have problems initially trying to use the patient portal but once we were able to use commonly used platforms such as bluejeans and webex we have been very successful with engaging families.
