The cost of the Home Asthma Response Program seems costly ($145k per year). Other than the CHW, what else does the program pay for beyond fringe benefits, staff travel and supervisory time? Thanks!

The RIPIN CHW salary and fringe is ~$45,000. The remaining is for staff at Hasbro and St Joseph's to recruit patient via phone or visiting the patient in the hospital before discharge, registering the family, coordinating the visits between the two sites, data collection and analysis, travel, and salary/fringe of nurses/AE-C conducting the visits, etc...
