Community Health Care, Inc. is a new asthma education program for patients that focuses on improvement of home environments to reduce missed school days and the use of rescue inhalers.
We are starting a new asthma education program for our patients. We will start by focusing on the children and home environments. This will be done at office visits and in 2 of elementary schools. The goal is to reduce the amount of missed school days and use of rescue inhalers.
