Healthcare Provider
We are a privately funded clinic located in Central Texas that has a total of 6 locations. We service 25,000 kids which are mainly Medicaid or CHiPs (Children Health Insurance Program) patients. Over the last 5 years we have seen over 3000 patients at least once. Our disease management program follows-up with our asthma patients every 3 - 6 months. We combine education, demonstration and provider involvement to achieve better symptom control. Emergency room admissions have been decreased and symptom control have been achieved. We combine proper control medication and environmental awareness to achieve these improvements.
