Revitalize Community Development Corporation revitalizes homes and neighborhoods and improves the well-being of low-income families with children, military veterans, seniors and people with special needs through home preservation, education, healthy homes and nutrition initiatives, digital equity and community engagement.

Founded in 1992, Revitalize CDC performs critical repairs on homes of low-income families with children, the elderly, military veterans, and people with special needs. We improve the health and wellbeing of community members by addressing poor housing conditions; performing assessments and interventions for adults and children with asthma; making home improvements that allow seniors to safely remain in their homes; offering a Nutrition Rx program in conjunction with local health care partners to address food insecurity and chronic health conditions; and providing free digital navigation services to help residents learn to use the internet, software, and digital devices, increasing access to essential online resources and services.
