Who Should Attend?
- Experienced community health workers (CHWs), including patient liaisons, health advocates and educators
- CHWs who are certified or working towards certification
- CHWs who have experience performing home visits or who plan to perform home visits
What Will I Recieve?
- Information about what is a Healthy Home and how to help others achieve it
- A basic understanding of asthma, inclduing medication use and trigger reduction
- Certificate of completion issues by the Association of Asthma Educators upon successful completion of the course and exam
