Virtual visits

We plan to continue to offer it as it has shown a significant benefit and higher opt in rate. If a family prefers an in person visit we will accomodate that as well.

Moving forward, we will be adopting a hybrid approach to our future home visits and allow our clients to make the decision of how they will like to complete the 3 home visits (in-person or virtual). Our CHWs are vaccinated and willing to help with technical assistance to patients in person, but when we look at cost-efficiency, virtual and/or phone follow-ups allow us to complete more visits. We will continue to review these approaches on a monthly basis and make those determinations as we go.
