Health Plan Partnerships

Just a few suggestions from my perspective as we look to fund community-based programs. Addressing what's in it for them up front will engage partners in dialougue. Then build a narrative around your successes in the space demonstrating results, how you've evolved your programs to meet varying needs, and be open to tailoring your program and exploring opportunities to make efforts mutually benefical to all parties involved.
