What was the intervention that was costed out for the feasibility study -- the community health worker and CHAMP program -- or did it also include any costs of healthy housing repairs?

The actuaries set a treatment effect based on a model that included both the CHAMP program services and healthy homes interventions being conducted by Memphis Habitat for Humanity. There were assumptions of home assessments and supplies, and then assumptions per service for major repairs like mold remediation, plumbing repair, etc. All of those costs were included in the cost-benefit analysis.
