CHA has employment
CHA has employment specialists who work with residents, preparing them for their fields of interest and identifying those qualified when we learn of openings -- so it helps with retention in pre screening. And there is post-placement support for the family through CHA, but one could potentially seek that through a social service agency partner as well.
Sinai has learned that CHWs often share "social" circumstance as the participants/ communtiy members. This is where CHW supervision and mentoring come into play. It really is key!
