Our Newest Program: Kentucky Asthma Management Program
1.MCHD uses a Nursing and
1.MCHD uses a Nursing and Environmental Action Plan to work with the families. We do identify applicable triggers and how to mitigate as part of the action plans. The asthma action plans are developed by the provider and our staff give input to the provider to include in action plan. Our staff also provide a summary at the close of the visit.
2. All students in our schools are supposed to have AAP on file, but I don't know how close to 100% is it. I will ask our nurses for their sense.
