For both presenters:  each of you have well established programs.  How would you use the relatively small $25,000 grant to build a program?

In our experience, sometimes small grants come with many restrictions (e.g., can't use for personnel).  In the case of the Healthy Neighborhoods Program, $25,000 could make a difference to a local program looking to hire summer staff to help them do home visits during the season with the longest daylight hours.

In terms of building a program, having some level of dedicated personnel can be really instrumental in getting a program off the ground.  Of course, finding the RIGHT person is also key!
