The American lung Association of Maryland conducts asthma programs and initiatives throughout the state, targeting schools and healthcare facilities and the children, parents and providers within them.

The American lung Association of Maryland conducts several different asthma programs and initiatives throughout the state.

The Open Airways for Schools program is our primary program which focuses on asthma education for children and parents in the school base setting.

Living with Asthma program and the Live Well/Breathe Well are targeted towards families and individuals living with asthma. These programs are conducted in hospitals, clinics, and provider offices.

EPA Tools for Schools program is targeted towards school officials working toward to improve the environmental air quality within their buildings.
