Cost effectiveness of combined program with weatherization team and CHWs

We know that CHWs delivering environmental interventions and asthma education are cost-effective. But when you add the cost of the weatherization team--which on the webinar ranged from $450-$21,000--is there evidence yet of cost-effectiveness?

A cost-effectiveness analysis
A cost-effectiveness analysis was not performed for the combined program. This study was designed as proof of concept. Additional studies employing a randomized controlled design with cost-effectiveness analysis are needed as next step.

Thanks Jim. Do you have any
Thanks Jim. Do you have any guesses about potential cost-effectiveness? I wasn't able to look at the slides, so may have missed this--but did you see better health outcomes with the integrated CHW/weatherization team versus studies you've done in the past without the weatherization piece?
