HOWEVER, in the latino community, there are some limitations due to some of the best CHWs having limited english proficiency, immigration status issues and limited computer skills....
We have a three tiered CHW positions at Sinai (CHW 1, CHW 2, CHW 3). The pay ranges from $11 - $25/ hr depending on level and experience, but all of these positions require only a high school education.
