I believe that the payment for the CHW and supplies component of this intervention was just over $400. That seemed quite low to sustain the project. Can you provide details?

When factoring in costs of visits, did you do a time study on CHWs based on their hourly rate or was that a cost of supplies only?

What are ways that we can find contractors for weatherization to partner with? 

What are your procedures for CHW follow-up visits?  What topics do they cover at each visit?  Is the approach standardized, or more tailored to each client's situation?

There is a lot of talk about recieving reimbursement for CHW's, I am wondering what processes are necessary to be eligble for CHW reimbursements and what agency(s) manage the reimbursements?

How does one become a community health worker? Is there licensing/ certification requirements?

I am an intern with the Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department and I am doing research on best practices for educating adults with asthma. We curently have programs for children/teens but are wondering how to effectively educate adults living with asthma.

I am hoping for educated opinions/hypothesis, current research articles related to my research, and/or any programs currently being implemented that I could use as a guide.
