Learning & Growing is a step-by-step guide to evaluation planning for state asthma programs. It includes helpful templates and examples. Module 1 focuses on evaluation planning--both strategic evaluation planning for a five year grant cycle as well as individual evaluation planning for a specific evaluation project. Subsequent modules will focus on evaluation implementation.

models - a framework and way of thinking to help us improve our work and be
accountable for results. You will learn what a logic model is and how to use one
for planning, implementation, evaluation or communicating about your program.

EPA's new guide, Implementing An Asthma Home Visit Program: 10 Steps To Help Health Plans Get Started, offers step-by-step instructions on how to start an asthma home visit program with a particular emphasis on environmental risk factor management.

This tri-fold brochure is a handy resource for parents and caretakers of children with asthma. It discusses five common environmental triggers and ways to reduce exposures to these triggers indoors. Parents can follow the step-by-step guidance to reduce asthma triggers in their homes and minimize their children's exposure to triggers that may increase the number or severity of their asthma attacks.

The Asthma Guidelines for Schools is a comprehensive guide for school health personnel.

The Managing Asthma in the School Environment guide offers valuable information for all school staff, especially school nurses, teachers, and maintenance staff, on how to establish and evaluatine an indoor air quality management program, develop an asthma management plan, and reduce environmental asthma triggers.
