Bridgeport AIRS is an asthma management program that will provide home evaluations to help clients identify things in the home that may be making their asthma worse. Provide recommendations for changes that can improve asthma symptoms. Review medications, asthma treatment plan and share the suggestions and results of the visit(s)with your doctor and/or nurse.
