The Healthy Homes Program provides free Healthy Homes Assessment to families with asthmatic individuals. The services help identify home environmental triggers for asthma, educate customers on cause-effect relationship, provide low-cost intervention materials to facilitate control of triggers, make follow-up home visits to ensure continuing success in controlling triggers, monitor health outcomes, collect extensive data, and evaluate program performance and objective attainments.

Funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the Burlington Lead Program works to educate the Burlington and Winooski communities about Lead Poisoning Prevention and provides technical assistance to reduce lead based paint hazards for area residents.
