The Asthma and Allergy Foundation, Alaska Chapter improves the quality of life for those with asthma and allergies through support, advocacy and education.

The Master Home Environmentalist program offers an innovative approach to addressing issues of indoor pollution that can exacerbate asthma by training volunteers to visit homes at no cost and to assist residents in assessing and managing environmental health problems.

Clean Air for Kids® is a Pierce County program offered through a partnership between the Tacoma Pierce County Health Department and the Puget Sound Asthma Coalition. A Clean Air for Kids® Asthma Outreach Worker is available to help families take control of their child's asthma. Services are free of charge and provided in the home at a time that is convenient for families.
