The Suburban Asthma Consortium was created to serve as a forum of cooperation and information exchange for groups and individuals involved in asthma care in the Chicago suburban area.

Clean Air for Kids® is a Pierce County program offered through a partnership between the Tacoma Pierce County Health Department and the Puget Sound Asthma Coalition. A Clean Air for Kids® Asthma Outreach Worker is available to help families take control of their child's asthma. Services are free of charge and provided in the home at a time that is convenient for families.

The mission of the American Lung Association and the American Lung Association of New York State is to prevent lung disease and promote lung health.

The WE CAN asthma education project provides free education and tools to children to manage their asthma, such as peak flow meters and spacers, and promotes family learning to support improved health outcomes.

Pediatric Case Management Services provides asthma education, presentations, and training to community health educators, school personnel, community agencies, and health care providers serving underserved communities.

H.E.L.P.free clinics and mobile units provide holistic health care and preventive services to reduce morbidity and mortality and increase access to proper standards of care.

Taming the Tiger is an asthma education management program offering classes to school aged children.

The Asthma Coalition of Northern Virginia serves the Northern Virginia area and provides many services, including Camp ASTHMAtopia, a summer camp for kids with asthma.

The Asthma Management Education Program was initiated in 2002 to promote the health of Georgia's school-age children with asthma by increasing asthma knowledge among the professionals who care for them.

Breathe California, Golden Gate Public Health Partnership works to help people lead healthier lives and communities become healthier places to live through direct service, advocacy and research.
