Does your county appraisal data somehow indicate that the building is a rental property?

Do you have a rental licensing program? Or a rental registry? I'm not clear on that is the "online registration"

What sort of credentials do you require for the third party inspectors? 

Who performs the inspections on rental units in Dallas? is it a code enforcement officer? is it done every single time that the apartment unit turns over? If so, how do you find out that hte unit is turning over?

How can I obtain the scoring tool?

Our local hospital is looking for any specific advice on post-fire clean-up for asthmatic family members.  

I've received great advice from NCHH including hiring a RIA/IICRC certified professional cleaning company, focusing on water clean-up and dehumidification, smoke and soot clean-up under negative pressure, and NYDOH resources.

Anyone have anything to add that is asthma-specific?  e.g. certain chemicals to recommend/avoid as part of the clean-up effort?
