Utah Asthma Coalition is a non-profit group to support those living with Asthma. We believe that through education, prevention and improved management we can ease the burden of Asthmatics living in our community.

The Utah Asthma Program is located at the Utah Department of Health in the Bureau of Health Promotion. It began in December 2001 with the intent to develop state capacity to address asthma, including an occupational component. The program is funded through the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Valiant provides pulmonary function testing, using guidelines set forth by a dedicated team of doctors & therapist, referring physicians also work along with valiant to provide important information about your lungs. The information obtained from pulmonary function testing (PFT) can be used to assist doctors in evaluating, and detecting restrictions, along with the effects of some medications, lung diseases, and more.

Vernon Avenue Children's School is an early childhood program that provides services to children ages 6 weeks - 12 years to provide education that will help children and their families support their education, health and overall needs.

The Pediatric Asthma Program is a program that provides services to children (up to age 18) who have asthma, their families and the community on how to control and prevent asthma episodes. Services provided are free and include: Education - learn how to manage asthma and prevent problems that can occur; Tools - learn what information and equipment is needed to treat asthma at different ages; & Resources - learn about local support in your community for asthma awareness.
