Can anyone provide a high level overview of the status of Medicaid reimbursement for AE-C services. I understand it's a variable from state to state. In particular, i'm interested in the status of the midwestern states: Michigan, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio. thanks

CAn someone suggest an alternative to Albuterol that does not cause spasm and coughing. My patient is also  on Singulair bid and flovent bid but cannot tolerate abuterol.

Does the CHAMPS clinic/home visit model make room for CHWs as asthma educators at either in the clinic setting but especially the home visit setting?  If so, can you share some outcome information if any about those efforts?

Our hospital isn't quite ready to start an intervention, but a lot of the handouts are useful.  It sounds like we can download and use the handouts.  Is the project also okay with slight modifications, adding an institution's name, phone numbers, etc... and citing the CHAMPS project?ZZ

How do they identify allergic sensitivity and how important is this?
