What education tools did you find most helpful in achieving the outcomes in the NCICAS and ICAS projects?

How are the patients and/or parents inlucded as stakeholders?  Are they inlcuded in the development of protocols? How are results disseminated following the studies?

Asthma Action Plans are useful tools for all stakeholders, but frequently are designed by health practitioners rather than users (person with Asthma, parent, Community Health Worker,  school nurse, teacher, etc.)  Does anyone have some research or AAPs designed with significant input from users (w links)?

What are the rates of compliance with recommendationsmade from the homes assessments of each of the highlighted programs?

Do you have an income requirement for a participant to be eligble for your program and at what point in the process do you verify income?
