Houston Independent School District's "Clearing the Air About Asthma in Schools" is a CDC-funded program that seeks to improve the quality of life for students with asthma through self management education and skill development.

The Office of Healthy Homes and Lead Hazard Control (OHHLHC) is unique among federal agencies. HUD's Office of Healthy Homes and Lead Hazard Control was established to eliminate lead-based paint hazards in America's privately-owned and low-income housing and to lead the nation in addressing other housing-related health hazards that threaten vulnerable residents.

Through games, music and creative play, children learn how to take an active role in their care. The goal is to learn how to manage, prevent and control asthma symptoms. Offered to children ages 4-10 and their families for hands-on learning through a puppet show geared towards children. We provide asthma individual education classes and instruction with medications.. Program provides free screening, evaluations and treatment for asthma by an asthma/allergy specialist.

We are an asthma office that offers specialists to evaluate and treat asthma patients ages 0-21. PFT, asthma teaching and are connected with an asthma disease management which offers home/school visits.

The Indian Health Service, Portland Area Division of Environmental Health Services provides comprehensive environmental public health services to the 43 Tribes in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. The program works with tribal communities to prevent environmentally-related disease and injury.

It target children with asthma through Asmarlin Project.

The Illinois Asthma Program implements the Illinois Asthma Plan, Addressing Asthma in Illinois, which serves as a framework for action and collaboration to accomplish the overall goal of improving asthma control and outcomes for asthma management among people of all ages, thereby reducing morbidity and mortality.

Improving Pediatric Asthma Care in the District of Columbia (IMPACT DC) Asthma Clinic targets inner-city, minority and disadvantaged children who suffer disproportionate asthma morbidity and mortality through environmental control, medical management, and longitudinal care.

This is a demonstration project on asthma interventions that can be funded using a Pay For Success Model.

The Imperial Valley Child Asthma Program (IVCAP) is a community-based grant-funded program, the only program in the Imperial County designed to improve the quality of life of children ages 0-18, with special emphasis on low-income Latino families with children ages 0-5 who suffer from asthma.

The Monroe Plan Improving Asthma Care for Children program targets high-risk children enrolled in Medicaid and State Children's Health Insurance Programs under managed care to improve the health and quality of life for children with asthma, develop and sustain partnerships with key community stakeholders, and institutionalize innovative clinical models in asthma care.
