Founded by Anthony & Tiffany Wilkes, the Atlanta based organization is dedicated to Educating, Empowering, Enriching and provide special services to school-based youth and their families with the skills necessary to pursue a higher education, achieve positive goals, and create healthier communities.

The Long Beach Alliance for Children with Asthma is a partnership to improve the lives of children with asthma in the Long Beach community.

The Los Angeles Unified School District Asthma Program is a multilevel comprehensive coordinated care program.

LAUSD Asthma Program provides asthma education to school personnel and families and case management for children with asthma, among other activities to reduce the burden of asthma in Los Angeles.

The Louisiana Asthma Management and Prevention Program focuses on the establishment of a statewide collaboration that develops and implements strategies that reduce the health and economic consequences caused by asthma through evidence-based, data driven best practices.

Lowell Center Environmental Health Initiative conducts analysis and works with both government and non-governmental organizations to promote the expansion of asthma management activities, including asthma education and home-based environmental interventions.

LSA's Family Asthma Program's goals are to reduce ER visits, hospital admissions, and school absences caused by asthma and to help children and their families gain control of asthma and manage its symptoms.

Lungtropolis® is an interactive web-based learning game created to help children ages 5-10 control their asthma. The site incorporates a resource for parents featuring comprehensive tips on caring for a child with asthma. The Lungtropolis® blog offers valuable news and resources for parents caring for children with asthma. The blog features information on asthma disease management, asthma education and asthma symptoms.

Luzerne County Asthma Coalition comprises representation from the hospital/clinic system, medical providers, nurses, health plans, and others to implement a pilot project whereby Asthma Care Packages are distributed at clinic sites to newly diagnosed pediatric patients.

Maine Asthma Prevention and Control Program is a State program aimed at reducing the burden of asthma in Maine, raising awareness of the cost associated with asthma, increasing patient self-management, and decreasing asthma in disparate populations through the use if best-practice interventions within the system of public health.

Managing Asthma in the School Community provides education to the teachers and staff at schools prior to the start of the school year that discusses managing asthma triggers in the classroom, gym, sports and after school activities.

Maricopa County Asthma Coalition members include representatives from state, county and local public health departments, environmental health agencies/experts, community non-profit organizations, school nurses, head start administrative staff, health care professional, hospitals, community clinics, health care plans, business, pharmaceutical companies and parents of children with asthma.

The Maryland Asthma Control Program (MACP) has developed an asthma surveillance system, a statewide asthma plan, and implemented interventions in collaboration with the Maryland Asthma Coalition and under the guidance of the Maryland Asthma Executive Committee.

MAAP is a 200-member coalition with a mission to reduce disparities in asthma care for communities in MA disproportionately impacted by Asthma. MAAP accomplishes its mission by convening community stakeholders and health care professionals across MA to advance the MA state asthma plan in the areas of healthy schools, healthy homes, health and adult/ occupational asthma.

The Asthma Prevention and Control Program conducts asthma surveillance; works with statewide and regional partnerships; uses regulatory, education and training interventions to reduce exposures in indoor environments; and improves disease management by increasing the number of healthcare sites using evidence-based clinical guidelines.
